- If you received damaged package or have any problem with your order and items, please contact us ASAP.
- We accept returns on items that are in original condition, within 14 days of receiving your order. (This rule doesn't apply to customized items)
- If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and order a new one.
- You will have to pay for the return shipping. Unless you received the wrong item from your order.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it. Returned items must not be used or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
- If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item/s will be sent back to you.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings (unless your item arrived damaged or is deemed faulty).
- If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.
- You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging. If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.
- Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be received and processed after we receive your return package.
- We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reason.

Products in stock are normally sent out within 3-5 working days and it will be delivered within the number of working days shown on the website. The expected delivery time for an order is sent out in the order confirmation. In case of delay in delivery, we will inform you and continue to monitor the order. During high season and Sale, processing time may take up to 7 working days.
Depending on delivery method you may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point. You are required to do so within the time specified in the notification of delivery (usually within 14 days). If you do not pick up the delivery in time, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of 200 SEK.
The fee represents a cost for the delivery fee and return billing. If you change your mind when the package is already shipped from us, you must pick up your package from your delivery depot and send it back to us. If the package is not picked up it will be automatically registered as non collected and charged according to the fee.
We only provide insured and traceable shipping method when delivery outside of Sweden. If your package is opened or damaged when you receive it, please contact your local post office immediately and inform us. Your package is insured which means you will get your lost back from the post office.
