Orders etc.

When you receive an order confirmation from us your purchase order is accepted and a purchase agreement is entered into. We encourage you to save the order confirmation for any future contacts with us. We may deny a purchase order for various reasons, for example if you provide incorrect personal data and/or have a record for non-payment of debt.

Once we receive your order we will send a confirmation mail. Please always check your order form so that your order is correct. Should there be any questions or if you want to change/ cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for replacing the order/ cancellation once the package has been sent.

You may withdraw your order until it has been confirmed by us. We will then refund any payment that you, or your pay- or credit card company, have made for the order.

We may cancel an order if the products ordered are sold out. We will then refund any amount paid and notify you about equivalent products if such are available.

All products ordered remain our property until we have received full payment for them.

Customer information etc.

You are responsible for that the personal data that you provide us with is correct and complete.

You are responsible for all purchases made with your login details. So make sure that you keep the login details secret and that no unauthorized persons have access to them. Let us know if you suspect that an unauthorized person have obtained access to your login details.

Prices, fees etc.

The prices indicated on the Website apply to orders placed on the Website. All prices are in the currency stated on the Website and include Swedish VAT at 25%. If nothing else is stated on the Website the prices do not include payment- or shipping fees and these are given separately. Please note also that local charges (such as currency conversion fees, credit or bank card fees, sales tax, customs duty etc.) may apply depending on where you live and local regulations. Such charges are at your expense and will not be refunded by us.

Special offers

From time to time we may, for specific products, offer more favorable conditions than those provided for in these General Conditions, for example with regards to extended right of withdrawal or free returns. Such more favorable conditions are valid only for a limited duration of time, until the specific products are sold out, and may be cancelled by us at any time, and if we do so these General Conditions will apply without amendments.

If you have several different discount codes, it can't be combined unless we specially specified. 

Shipping and delivery
Free standard shipping via PostNord (Swedish post office) over 1000 SEK in Sweden.
Free upgraded shipping over 1500 SEK in Sweden.

Orders under 1500 SEK will apply a shipping fee based on your delivery country.
Sweden Standard: 29 SEK
Sweden Insured and Traceable: 49 SEK
Europe Insured and Traceable: 89 SEK
Outside of Europe Insured and Traceable 109 SEK

Products in stock are normally sent out within 3-5 working days and it will be delivered within the number of working days shown on the website. The expected delivery time for an order is sent out in the order confirmation. In case of delay in delivery, we will inform you and continue to monitor the order. During high season and Sale, processing time may take up to 7 working days. 

Depending on delivery method you may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point. You are required to do so within the time specified in the notification of delivery (usually within 14 days). If you do not pick up the delivery in time, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of 200 SEK.  

The fee represents a cost for the delivery fee and return billing. If you change your mind when the package is already shipped from us, you must pick up your package from your delivery depot and send it back to us. If the package is not picked up it will be automatically registered as non collected and charged according to the fee.

We provide insured and traceable shipping method when delivery outside of Sweden.  If your package is opened or damaged when you receive it, please contact your local post office immediately and inform us. If you have any lose during the shipping process, you will get compensation from the post service provider. 

Products

We will try our best to show in pictures how products look like in real life. Please be aware that colors may not display the exactly same on different screens. 

Handmade products and natural gemstones are unique in each piece. Natural stones, even of the same type, may vary slightly in color and sheen. It is also common for natural gemstones to have inclusions and imperfections. In this case, we do not accept return or change request due to this reason. 

Usually new earring back plugs are very tight.  You may need to expend them before setting in the earrings for the first few times. Otherwise the earring sticks can be broken caused by improper setting. Please note we are not responsible for damage caused by this reason. We strongly suggest you to enlarge the space between the back plugs before setting in your earrings. You can test before set them on your ears to make sure the space is enough. 

Payments

We currently provide Paypal and Tictail payment as payment methods. 

Paypal is a quick and reliable provider of payment services via the Internet and certified according to to industry´s heightened security PCI- DSS(Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and CISP(Cardholder Information Security Program). You can choose to fund your payment using a debit or credit card linked to your Paypal account or from your your Paypal- balance account.
